The location here is convenient as it is not too close to the metro line, staff members are helpful and competent, and the breakfast offers an exceptionally nice variety.

- Check-in took way too long due to unexperienced staff - A lot of mosquito’s in the lobby - The hotel was unable to provide two rooms next to each other, even though we booked 6 months in advance and specifically requested this. - We booked rooms with 2 single beds and got rooms with double beds (could also be a mistake from Bookings.com) - The swimming pool is not maintained (it is dirty).

the place was reasonably clean with free parking and a very big bed. all the staff was very friendly, tackled my issues. the room was reasonably large and airy and included a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television. the breakfast was very very good with lots of nice food.

I recently stayed at Belstay Milano for a couple of nights and I had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to Milan but away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the concert I was attending, which was a nice touch. I had a pleasant stay at Belstay Milano.

I would recommend this hotel.
